MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND & ANNIVERSARY

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. I am especially grateful for our troops and the sacrifices they make for this country. I am in awe of their bravery and they deserve the utmost respect. I would like to thank them personally for giving up their lives and families to fight for our freedom--both past and present. THANK YOU!

This past weekend also happened to be Bryce and I's 5th wedding anniversary (on May 23rd). We celebrated this special occasion by shopping, eating, and golfing. Bryce and I love to golf and we took Karson to his first driving range. He loved trying to hit the golf balls (and throw them) onto the grass. He also enjoyed putting and playing with the numbered poles in the putting holes. We had lots of fun and enjoyed spending time together. Oh, we watched the movie 'National Treasurer 2' which was really good. I definitely recommend seeing it.

Happy #5... we'll join the 5-year-married club this August. Doesn't it make you feel old? ;) If you want to know the truth i have NEVER been golfing and my parents live on a dang golf course! You'll have to show me sometime how to play....
