FOOD NETWORK STAR
Bryce and I were really into watching the TV series, "The Next Food Network Star." We love watching reality TV shows and this one is always one of our favorites. It's also fun to guess who will be eliminated at the end of each week and who the final winner of the whole show will be. As those of you who also watch this show know, the judges could not narrow the 3 contestants down to the final 2, so the ended up having the final 3 people contend for the winning seat. When the grand finale show came and they choose a winner, Bryce and I just about dropped of our seats when they announced that Aaron won. Was it just us, or did this seem a little strange? We did not think he was that good...we definitely thought either Lisa or Adam had it in the bag. Lisa definitely had the culinary knowledge and we loved Adam's personality. Having watch the series from start to finish, we were just in shock that Aaron actually won the whole thing. I think if you were measuring progress, Lisa fits the bill. I thought the whole thing was staged and for some reason the judges couldn't decide between the 2 best, so they settled for Aaron. What do other people think???

Oh I wish we got The Food Network here, but we do have some pretty good chef shows. I'm really glad you gave me the idea to write my stories down. I'll send you some of my finished stories and you tell me what you think!
I watched it too. I liked Lisa, but on camera she was weird, I thought. Like, too nervous. Big Daddy's Kitchen will bring a whole new attitude to the food network/family. They try to market their program to as many people as they can, and most people want something easy, yummy, and fresh. That's why I think they chose big daddy.
I did like Aaron, but I liked the other guy, too. Lisa has some issues - I think she would have turned into a stress ball doing her own show. Plus she looks like she bit into a lemmon everytime she smiled with how small her eyes would get. Yes, I always judged people on important things like that.
It seems like everyone thought the same thing about Lisa as did Bryce and I. Bryce almost stop watching the show because of her. I thought it was how she did her eyes and her haircut. Not that it really matters what she looks like, but she did bug us alot in the beginning!
